How do I cancel my service?

To cancel your service, you may submit a support ticket request or in your client dashboard. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before your renewal term.

In the dashboard, click "Request Cancellation" and fill required information.

 

Note: We do not retain any data after you cancel your service. Make sure you back up your data before submitting a cancellation request.
